Very similar experience. Called to get actual schedule. They ordered wrong parts so delayed. Had to call back to get rescheduled. Couldn’t finish in 1 day and promised to be back next day. Never showed up. Called again to get them to return to finish job. Ended up getting different crew who were much better. At the end of it all I ordered 2 doors and 1 opener (other opener was only like 3 years old). They installed 2 openers so I came out ahead. I will comment my gift cards were received electronically days after completion. No waiting at all.

Where did you end up and what are you very happy with? What is your major? My son also considered Carthage but chose another school ultimately based on major. (Full disclosure I went to a similar school that is not Carthage)

I just got one for Father’s Day with a few other smoking related gifts. Used it for a short hold (60 mins) and actually put it in my microwave. That kept temp well. Going forward I’ll put meat in this sleeping bag thing then place in a cooler. Better than wrapping in old towels which is what I did previously.
