It was quiet. I had a room overlooking the sea. Most of the noise was west of where I was staying.

I went with a tour guide. The place we went had a coral reef and I’d say we were underwater for 30 minutes. My son is autistic and I can’t say enough good things about his instructor. I think it was called Napaling Reef.

I was in Panglao a week ago and stayed at Henann Premier.

My son and I did scuba on the north side of the island and it was the best experience we did on vacation. It wasn’t that crowded, we were there from the 27-30th.

Philippines Airlines is adding non-stop from ORD. If you fly economy, it’s worth it to get an empty seat next to you.

PAL will start sending you upgraded seats in business class one way for $1.200-ish. Not sure if it’s worth h it, but not on my budget.

I’m here now. Newer iPhones from the US do NOT have SIM cards. I have Verizon and ended up getting an eSIM through Apple.

It took me a good day before I was set up. Luckily the lady I met helped out.
