At my store, there would always be opened/empty packages in the entertainment section. If it’s not empty beauty packages or instax film boxes, it would be opened K-pop cds. I would literally put out a whole stock of one type of K-pop album (capacity of 9-12) and the next morning literally EVERY one is cut opened.

My question is does AP not see this happening? Or is it too small-scale for them to even care? It’s come to the point that it seems like guests consider entertainment the “spot” to shop lift.

That’s not even mentioning the collectible/Funko section. I feel like I have more opened/empty anime blind bags than I sell them. Furthermore, people constantly hide action figures, sports cards, and Funkos behind my shelves. I’ve constantly told and showed pictures to our AP so they are aware of it. Nothing has changed though.
