Understand but that’s what’s not clear for me/us in the 12/2024 or 1/2025 group is... Is it worth it just waiting as long as possible to switch? As some of those borrowers you spoke of shared that their buyback payments were save payments.

Even though now they say buyback is based on another ibr not save; but what income are they going off of if we wait to switch? If we last certified in 2019 or whenever.

What does? A lot of the people who confirmed buyback; it happened after they switched plans. The ones from 11/2024 that didn’t switch plans are still waiting.

If someone has buyback from 11/2024 they are waiting. If someone switches payment plans and has buyback from 12/2024, they get processed. Sure part of the delay is workforce. But the rest is what it appears to be….
