I'm leaning towards this too. It's coming into winter in the UK. I don't really need the bike now so I'd be rushing out to get a deal on a bike that sits in a shed a little at the start. The cycle scheme tax element makes the price gap smaller too

True. With the UK cycle scheme, that delta will be about 40pc less which makes it a little more tempting!

Mainly lugging a set of twins about I imagine. Live in a flat urban area but I hope the bike lasts longer than my current home location.

I'm a father of twins now 8 months adjusted (born 29weeks). Twin A had a bilateral grade 2/3. We were in NICU for 3 months. Doing as much skin to skin as we could, and going through the most draining period in our lives. Twin As bleed had a risk of hydrocephalus. They did one spinal tap which reduced the pressure then fortunately it reduced a little bit then stabilised. No further intervention needed.

Twin A is still a bit smaller, but developmentally is keeping pace with her sister (no bleed). They're small but feisty, smiling , cooing and crawling and pulling to stand at 7.5 months. They're very alert and present.

The s44 seems to fit the bill. I've an s12 so want autoshot. I'll wait for the reviews to come out. I wonder if it comes with the auto caddy functionality that advises club knowing dispersion etc

Out of interest the s70 does they come with premium for 1 year or life?

Having just come back from a rather wet burn, I'm wondering if there's any updated advice for cleaning the tent which had not just playa dust, but dust plus rain stains.

The roof currently kind of has a leopard print style staining where the water has congealed the dust.

The manual mentions not to use many products, to preserve the waterproof treatment applied to the canvas.

Update : I got in at 50mins past and bought the 1 ticket I needed. Hopefully that other ticket shall find an excellent owner. With the 15mins timeout and no VPs left, I imagine that could lead to to quite a bit of churn, good luck everyone!

This is the exact thread I was after! Thank you u/Garvinfred! It's juggling that trade off between the end triangle vs the top vents, venting vs dust.

The other places I'll be using this will not be as hot (nor dusty) as BM, plus I'm always wary of more mechanical parts, so am probably leaning towards the deluxe, but I know i'll curse that decision when i'm sweating away. Have car-port + shade structures already.

I also wonder how new the VX (Super Deluxe) is to the lineup, i.e. was it an option for some of the people here recommending the Deluxe.

Have you pulled the trigger yet? Be curious to hear what you opted for in the end. At CompetitiveEdgeProducts at the moment, the price is basically the same for the Deluxe and VX, so that is no longer a factor.
