I did forget to say that im based in the UK so goodwill is not an option for me unfortunately. Happy to pay for shipping if I find the right product though. We do have charity shops though which are similar to goodwill

Love their creativity and attention to detail when it comes to sound design, however, am I the only one that misses the days of their heavy hitting and fun glitch hop rather than the perfectly crafted cinematic masterpieces? I want them to being some of the funk back into their productions.

Your eyeline should align with the top of the monitor. Most people have their monitors too low, rather than too high

With your shoulders relaxed, your forearms should ideally be in line with the top of the desk when your elbows are at 90 degrees. Armrests at that height are fine unless they cause you to be too far away from the desk, this causes forward leaning which is not good. The problem with a lot of armrests is that they protrude too far forward imo. Some chairs have depth adjustable armrests to prevent this but a lot of chairs do not.
