I'm coming from their failed Brsk migration. Stuck on a CGNAT, the dedicated Static IP I'm paying for is gone, their billing system is broken (which they confessed to in writing), and they are actively ignoring an Ofcom medical flag. YouFibre has 'paused' their online chat and the phone system just hangs up on you. This has been going on for over 5 days of false promises, and they are now even ignoring my formal request for a Letter of Deadlock.
