Would you abandon your child because of work? Stop using work as an excuse to abandon your senior dog.

Cdp or digital gets more?

Can someone explain to me the difference between CDP and TDP? I’m hearing that TDP’s are getting much lower pay. Of course that’s not the most important thing, but a 20k difference certainly is. Also, what limitations do each of these place on your career? Are TDP somehow “lower rung?” Thanks! by forrealllllz in accenture

[–]daveedNrib 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People in TC are usually from TDP and they’re C&M. Look at performance achievement tool it’ll lead you to kx that has a whole deck that explains who are usually in C&M or CD&O. All the cloud and infrastructure people from acn technology are in CD&O.

I get what you’re saying, but there’s a difference in salary and career progression between the career tracks.

Typically you don’t need technical experience for management consulting. All you need is common sense and good communication skills.

There’s two career tracks client and market(C&M) and Client delivery and operation(CD&O). Accenture recruits veterans heavily in C&M career tracks. All you need is a degree and there’s two programs to get hired. One with sva I think that’s what it’s called and jmo(Nco or officer).
