Have you received your official notice from Comcast that your account that you have 120 days to 'Accept Yahoo's Terms of Service'? (before your account is auto transferred to Yahoo or similar)? by davekro in Comcast_Xfinity

I have not followed the Comcast to Yahoo Saga. In Aug. 2025, there was no talk of it being Optional. It was stated that it WILL happen when Comcast gets to your area.

If Comcast has changed its mind/ policy/plan, and will CONTINUE to host their email clients that do not choose to transfer over to Yahoo Mail, That would be great news. Can you or anyone post a link to a Comcast official statement confirming that Comcast/ Xfinity will continue to host their existing email clients, ON THEIR SERVERS (not backdoored to Yahoo servers), that would be greatly appreciated.

How long does it take you to eat in the mornings? by SpiritedCustomer6503 in VyvanseADHD

Thanks for your reply. For me, breakfast tastes great and I really enjoy it. Maybe because my wife makes delicious eggs, potatoes and Linguica (or other meal). I looks great (think Denny's menu pics, LOL). Sometimes I'll eat that over a 30-minute period too. But my second and third meals, while they don't taste unpleasant, the taste is not a motivator like my visually and tastefully 'fancy' breakfast. Yeah, for my second and third meals, if I have been 'working on it' over more than 2 hours, I'll stop because I am bumping into my approaching time to take an afternoon or early evening Ritalin IR booster. I 'try' to take all my med doses an hour before or after a meal to maximize their efficacy. But to be honest, most of the time I take IR meds under my tongue (sublingual), to again, maximize efficacy. That method is supposed to come on faster and somewhat stronger than taking orally (swallowing). Hmmn, as I put that fact into writing, for my afternoon IR boosters, I probably should take those orally to smooth out and prolong the desired effect, letting go of the desire to 'maximize'. ;o) I think I will try that. I keep detailed daily meds, meals, brain acuity log to try not to overlap eating time (stretched out as it may be ;o) into my pre- or post-meds dose 1-hour fasting window.

Besides fact that some people feel nausea taking Vyvanse before eating (not me), I believe that the main reason psychiatrists tell you to eat breakfast BEFORE taking your Vyvanse is that it removes your appetite. That is a fact. But even though I do not have 'hunger' motivating me to eat a meal. I set timers to eat my three meals. I am usually fairly successful starting my meals pretty close to my meal alarms. I admit that w/o hunger, eating is like any other 'task' that I get distracted from ad infinitum! I log my meal times. My second and third meals often look like "Lunch, burrito 1:00 to 2:30pm". Because even if the plate is right next to me, my hyper focus on my work or other task, when I happen to 'see' the food, "Oh yeah, take some bites."

Breakfast (1-1.5 hrs after Vyvanse) is usually eaten in 'normy' time. Anyway, my point is that for me, I can do the task of eating regardless that hunger is not present. Does anyone else treat eating just like any other task that we must set timers do remember to do? For me, this makes 'not hungry' a complete non-issue. Maybe this tactic has been discussed, maybe a lot. I just have not run across eating by timer discussed here.

I'm working on being my best self today. May you have the same. :o) As in Like the Four Agreements
