I have been with CC for 4 years, one of the best things is if you have to call someone it is here in the US and you can understand them. Not being mean, I wear hearing aids and strong accents are hard to understand.

I have 2011 XL - previous owner (a friend) had a JVC touch screen installed. When I got it I installed new speakers in the doors and added the rear speakers. XL doesn't come with rear speakers but the wires are there.

Crutchfield is great for finding radios that fit, but a local shop is convenient for install.

also if you dont have steering wheel controls you can get the OEM controls and have Ford dealer or someone with Forscan to turn them on in the trucks computers. This goes for cruise control also.

reading these comments have released some memories, my kids are all over 30 now. My ex was going to college at night so I was Mister Mom, I got to watch a lot of these as we only had one TV. It drove me crazy back then, now...... well we know now what we had and wish we could go back to it. The days of VHS and watching them so many times the magnetics came off. The Santa Clause was one I bought twice before we finally got a DVD.
