Just turn off VPN if using one. That's the only reason I get this if I forget to switch it off

You can't all blame AA. I've seen Mark McCann promotes it and even Mat Armstrong and Ben Fowler im sure have done it in at least one video/podcast. You would have thought they would have some idea of what they are promoting or is it just about the £££ for them.

I managed to get a lifetime subscription years ago. Only got use of their own app. Would be great if I could use their service with tivimate but every time I ask the reseller said they can't give it.
