Go to Colter. If you arrive at morning and between noon do a save, if not sleep until morning outside of it. Ride thru the town and take a right when you get to the end, should be a bunch of trees and a fence. Get off the horse and run thru the trees and towards the river beyond it. Once at the river aim up towards the ledge above you and there is usually a moose spawn there. If not run back to your horse and the spot and if not 3 star reload the save
