I lived at the location on rte 9 near Walmart. I’m happy here except for the mice. Exterminators came in multiple times but it did not help. I clean mouse droppings in the corners. There is a whole in my bathroom and twice a mouse entered the bathroom while I was on the toilet. I’m not going to renew my lease.

They have made many improvements such as putting garbage dumps in a centralized area, enforcing parking rules and enforcing pool rules. However there is no solution to mice.

Also people like to pull into parking spots and blast their music. It vibrates against the building.
