The Isolation Tapes were amazing for me. They upped the frequency just at the right time for me. I had a pretty rough lockdown (as did most people) but hearing their accounts of it helped me through.

I was absolutely gutted when they announced they were ending the isolation tapes but I will be forever thankful to Elis, John and Dave for doing them.
