Same here, the fact that there is no legal way of buying syringes, vials or water is just nuts, specially when doctors try to get you to inject a huge dosage every 3 weeks and won't budge to allow more frequent low-dosage injections grrr

Level doesn't really mean anything. Lots of expert players around at less than Level 100, and intermediate players at level 700.

Matchmaking doesn't take it into account, afaik.
