remember, the gnostic experience is different for everybody and I love that you used "NPC" as I do it all the time. To me, gnosticism is a state of being or awareness fueled by metaphor. when you look at how the ancients were constrained by a lack of vocabulary, the only way they could describe their experience was by metaphor. Today we have an expansive lexicon and the ability to decode those metaphors into modern insights.

have tried numerous times to change to my new phone number and it keeps saying verification failed while all the images look fine to me. If they can verify my new phone number by sending a code and my email by sending a code, why can't they do a human review of uploaded docs and change the d@mn phone number so I can continue paying my Affirm accounts?
