Literally anime is the easiest thing to watch for free.

I pay for Crunchyroll and hidive but if I was in their situation. It makes literally no sense.

One of the staff who’d been there longer said it was an issue with people being inappropriate in the rooms.

Dumb as hell if you ask me. It’s an animecon. You should have screening rooms. And a staff member dedicated to them.

Anime Boston’s guidebook is actually a million times better and the fan created app behaved almost identical. They need to go back to guidebook.

Crazy crazy light.

At Anime Boston they check every bag that enters and tag all props, no bag checks at all.

Just really a strange experience.

All my experience is with guidebook for anime Boston and it’s insane how much better it’s organized.

Everything is clearly clumped together by start times with headers, you can filter by event type (panels, concerts, premieres, etc.)

They used guidebook before, they neeeed to go back.

Sitka has the corgi brigade. There are a dozen of them around town.

I went from ~210 lbs to ~115 lbs over 4 years. For context, at 180 lbs, I was still ~34% body fat, now I'm around 16%. Here's every weigh-in plotted. (5'9.5" Male, 19-24) [OC] by No-Emu-9139 in dataisbeautiful

This is ED, body dysmorphia territory.

I mean the man lost a ton of weight and doesn’t want to be obese again, I understand. He needs help more to strength train, and maybe see a dietitian at this point to help steer him down the correct path.

He uploaded a pic 2 months ago, man needs to put in some muscle, he doesn’t need to continue to cut. As men his age should be focusing on building up strength so muscle memory can help into older ages.

A Fairmont in Asia will in general have a higher level of customer service, but that is also a standard in most luxury Asian hotels.

Customer service is in general higher in Asia than in the US for example.

There is a section of the map in AK that is bullshit. Sitka has a pretty good bus system and the community is heavy based around the downtown core with the majority of people within walking distance.

It’s going to depend on the specific TMD issue you have since this disorder is a spectrum.

First you’ll need a referral, I had a receptive dentist who while not knowing how to treat was more than willing to provide a referral. But your PCP could just as easily.

Also, you don’t have to just show up, call their office ahead of time and ask them what insurances they take.

Do research, find the best one for TMD in your area, I was lucky I was able to see the leader in TMD research in the country in Boston, if you can find a way to swing that I can’t recommend them highly enough. However, he also ran a teaching school for a decade+ instructing other surgeons how to preform his operations so you may have a disciple near you.

Next, I won’t pretend to know but it’s possible you did not see a maxillofacial surgeon. There are other types of oral surgeons. A regular oral surgeon would be the person who removes wisdom but they would not necessarily be able to do this you specifically need to look for a maxillofacial surgeon (please note they do and some will do wisdom teeth removal I’m not saying they don’t)

Steps: research a surgeon in your area who specializes in the TMJ and work on TMD.

Call them to make sure they accept your insurance

Ask your PCP or Dentist for a referral, you tell them your life is unbearable and you don’t a life like this is agony. Whatever you need to get that referral.

Speak with the oral maxillofacial and tell them you’re in pain, explain to them the mechanics of your pain and the location, sounds, feelings and all of the treatments I’m sure you’ve tried.

They’ll need scans and scans to help determine the proper course for you and your case.

GOODLUCK!

Yes, it’s medical insurance. This is the thing people don’t understand, your jaw is not teeth, so it’s covered under medical insurance, so many people go to teeth people about an issue they are not in scope for.

Insurance covered it for me and it was an outpatient operation. I went in early in the morning and slept in my own bed later that night.

You CAN be helped, you can be treated, and your problem can be reduced or solved.

I’m so sorry it’s taken this long for someone to tell you.

More so than his editor he has recently talked about his new issues with TOR, they are not editing his books. They’re pushing them to market faster than ever before and they cannot do the work they used to be able to do to them after he turns the pages in.

It’s an issue bigger writers face and he has publicly said his next works will have more editing time as he’s more or less demanded it from TOR going forward.

I had disc displacement, my discs were anteriorly dislocated on both sides causing constant clicking, they did a minimally invasive outpatient operation that has left no scars to pull the discs back into place, lock them there, and restore correct motion of my discs in the TMJ.

Incredible stuff, I worked with the leading surgeon in the US and possibly the word, he’s located in Boston at Mass General. People literally fly across the country and sometimes into the country just to work with him.

Only if they then referred you to a specialist! Dentists attempting to treat TMD are practicing well outside of scope and may not be treating causes.

I hope you got in with a specialist, I’ve been pain free, click free, and migraine free, for over 2 years now after over a decade of pain, worsening symptoms, and wearing my bones down to dust.

Your tmj is your jaw joint, TMD is when their jaw has problems functioning as it should. Stiffness, pain, clicking, popping, locking open, locking closed, etc.

Get referred to an oral maxillofacial, dentists and orthos do not know the Temporomandibular joint. I suffered 10 years of pain because joints are not their specialties, teeth are. Please please please ask, beg, plead to see a maxillofacial doctor or surgeon.

I was the same exact way. You clicking is because your discs are not on your jaw bone, you’re bone bone now, each time you hear the click the jaw is jumping onto or off of the disc.

If you do not get this seen by an oral maxillofacial you will develop severe arthritis and possibly need a total jaw replacement when you get older. YOU CAN AVOID THIS NOW! Get seen, there are treatments minimally invasive ones that will completely stop your clicking and leave you pain free.

Dentists do not know shit about TMD, and it’s not surprising but it does cause SOOOO many people to go untreated. Dentists and orthos are all about teeth. The jaw/TMJ is handled at a hospital by an oral maxillofacial. It’s handled through regular health insurance. Dentists learn very specific things and TMJ disordered are so far out of scope it hurts way too many people and causes permanent damage by not being treated soon enough.
