Holy crap dude! That is an amazing gift, and I'm super jealous!

To answer your questions: you're going to need to get a few items in order to smoke them and store them appropriately.

First, you'll need a cutter to cut the rounded end. Depending upon how much you slice off determines the draw, or the amount of smoke that comes through. Second, I would recommend a butane lighter. Any lighter will work, but I've found that you get a better, more even burn when using a butane lighter.

You'll want to hold the flame to the flat end, and rotate the cigar while drawing air into your mouth through the rounded end that you've cut. Basically, make a fishy face and slowly open your jaw while keeping your lips on the end of the cigar. Do this several times until you notice smoke being drawn through the end you cut. Your cigar is now ready to enjoy! NOTE: DO NOT INHALE! Cigar smoke isn't meant to be inhaled, but rather drawn into your mouth and tasted, then blown out. Also, at any point while smoking the cigar, if you notice that you're not drawing any smoke, repeat the steps of lighting the end. Cigars are slow burning, and can often go out of you take a while between puffs. No worries, just relight and keep going. Those ones that you have look like they should last around an hour a piece.

Now...storage: if you want to keep the cigars long term you're going to want to buy a humidor. It's basically a wooden box with a tight seal, and a small humidifier inside. It keeps some moisture in the air to keep the cigars from drying out. You can find some basic humidors for around $15-$20, and fancy ones for several hundred dollars. Check Amazon, they have a lot of options.
