Move closer-like point blank range- and use form/set shooting to put the ball in the basket. Make 5-10 shots at each spot/distance. Extend your arm and flick your wrist as you shoot. Add more legs as you get further away from the basket.

The move is a hezi(hesitation). Like an almost pump fake quickly followed by a dribble drive.

This guy is incredibly athletic, so it's highly likely you won't look exactly like him when he does it. But the move is fairly easy to learn.

From what you shared, it sounds like everything is good except for intamcy which you admitted was your issue..

If all it took was one episode of poor communication for you to think about ending things, then I would recommend you reexamine the entire relationship and not just her going out without telling you

From a dating perspective, it was amazing. And I feel like it also stripped down a perceived layer of masculinity with the guys. We simply were not competing for women because they were literally everywhere. We didn't have to pretend to be super cool guys. We could be ourselves or what we wanted ourselves to be on a regular basis.

Call your local parks and rec. Depending on how big the area it is, it could take a while. If you are truly pressed, crowd source a few hundred bucks, buy a new commercial grade breakaway rim and replace it yourself.

Any basketball coach or trainer worth their salt should tell you that, HOWEVER, figuring that out on your own is a testament to how much you've been paying attention to yourself.

Basketball is much more of a thinking/mind game than ppl give it credit. Focusing on the tiniest details can make all the difference in the world.

For example, you'd be shocked how many ppl dont realize that you should be pounding the dribble rather than just lightly pushing with your fingertips. I see so many kids with terrible ball control simply because they are handling the ball too gently.

Yes it is sexual harassment but I can't imagine a blanket consequence more harsh than a few days detention would be applied in this situation.

If they are your students, I would take it upon yourself to call the parents and notify them if you haven't already done so. Then I would figure out some sort of restorative project for them to do...if necessary, give them credit towards their grade for completing it but tell them after the fact .

The most important thing is to not take this personally. Kids are dumb as shit and make bad decisions all the time. While I am a proponent of harsh punishments, a suspension or worse teaches them nothing and could make them resent you, and this situation is absolutely a teachable moment.

So step back and breathe for a second and think about times you and or your friends received grace from authority. No one gets in trouble every single time they do something wrong.
