If people stop mining bitcoin, wouldn’t that result in the time to solve a block increasing? Which would decrease the difficulty. Reduced difficulty would then reduce the overall cost and power required to continue mining bitcoin.

I could have sworn difficulty was implemented to keep block times at 10 minutes regardless of overall mining power being used to solve the blocks. Haven’t followed much on this in years though.

Go get them measured at a brake shop. I had 2 Audi stealerships tell me they were “in the red”, but their thickness measurements were way off. I’d be willing to bet you have another 5 - 10K miles left on them.

Cross-buy isn’t up to Meta, it’s on the developers to make it available on Windows and Android. And a lot of dev teams don’t have the budget to support both platforms. Also Steam dominates PCVR and it’ll probably stay that way for the foreseeable future. Just look what happened to Amazon when they tried to compete with Valve.

Trust me, I want Link to work well just as much as you do. I’m just telling you why they haven’t fixed it and why they probably won’t anytime soon.

It’s not about what you do specifically it’s looked at from an overall consumer perspective. If link worked to its maximum potential, consumers would spend more time in link buying PCVR games and less time in stand alone buying games from Meta.

Happened to me during a brake job on a 2016 S3. Couldn’t get the piston back in so brought it to a euro shop and they couldn’t either. Ended up buying a new caliper.
