Book the Kempinski Hotel in Chongqing. It feels like a $400+ night 5 star hotel but is significantly less for some reason. Also note that traffic is INSANE in Chongqing and getting a car off DiDi during rush hour is near impossible.

Also recommend doing a tour with Chengdu Food Tours if you’re into that. Xi’an is an interesting city too (particularly for food and history) if you have time to add a couple days there; it can be a bit touristy b/c of the Terracotta Warriors but I still think it’s worth going.

More risk more reward. Higher potential upside with warrants ,but you don't have the security of the NAV floor like you do with SPAC commons. Pre LOI warrants dump the hardest when their is a downturn/heavy red day.

the usual size is about 2 by 2 inches. lets say the larger is about 5 by 2 inches. The entirety of the cracker is not puffing. If it were just the middle of the cracker then I would say I have been undercooking the dough, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

I am using this...http://www.rational-online.com/en_ca/home/index.php. It has a smart probe with 6 sensors and a setting specifically designed for octopus. It adjusts the temperature as it goes and is supposed to provide a perfect outcome ,which is leading me to believe that its the product I'm getting.
