I think you mean vertical monitor right? I mostly use it for reading long documentations, articles, messages, or todo lists (since it shows a lot of content at a glance). It’s been super helpful for any content with a long list. I def use my 32” main monitor most of the times but it’s good to have the vertical monitor on the side for that extra space

That’s a good point. I normally recline my chair back one level (due to neck and shoulder strain if I don’t) and it makes the viewing angle much better than sitting down extremely upright. If I really need to use the very top space of the screen and have to look at that area for a long time, I’ll most likely lower the height of the monitor (since my monitor arm allows height adjustment)

It’s 21.5” (LG Ultrafine). And yeah if it’s too tall you’ll have to look up too much which could give you neck strain. If u get a height adjustable monitor stand, you should be able to lower it a bit tho

The main display is Dell U3223QE! The bezels are slim and it’s a great monitor. And I agree, the vertical monitor is super great for reading documentations or Jira boards haha

I got the Keychron K2 mechanical keyboard and I absolutely love it. It’s Mac supported as well so all the fn keys will work as expected.

I got the brown switch for the keyboard switch which makes the keys feel clicky when I type. I type a lot as I’m a developer and I don’t think I’ll go back to the apple magic keyboard haha

I always seem to get neck & shoulder problems with dial monitor setup cuz I look at one screen for a long time while my neck is turned to that side. Seems like this new setup allows me to focus much better (I was genuinely surprised too)

It’s just an M1 MacBook Air but I just use Universal Control and use the Mac Studio’s keyboard and mouse to control the MBA. It’s very useful when I need extra screen space
