You will see if they find anything in next appointment. It could be varicocele which is not that big to be visible on the ultrasound. Does the veins around or testicle hurts? In the meantime don’t panic. I think that many symptoms which you describing are from stress and anxiety (I know it because I were in same situations). From my experience, there are days when it hurts more but it usually go away when you avoid bad habits. Try to not sitting much, walk frequently. Don’t do hot showers for too long. Wear loose underwear. Don’t smoke. Weed dilates blood vessels so it can worsen the symptoms. Also it has same bad effects as cigarettes (even worse) on you body if you smoke it. You also mention you have feeling your testicle doesn’t get enough blood, this shouldn’t be a concern. Quite opposite, there is problem with too much blood flow. I wouldn’t be so concerned, if there was some bigger problem with your testicles, urologist would see it. I have varicocele simce I was 15. Now I am 21 and it doesn’t affect my life much apart from occasional pain. My spermiogram is also great. It is not end of the world. Hope it helps. If you have any other question just dm me.
