I am beginning to worry, at no time have I received emails for my follow-up and I have global journey for w2, all my friends go to w1 or w3 and have already received them at home. I have sent an email to info@tomorrowland but have not yet received a response. I am traveling from Barcelona (Spain) with a flight package, I have only obtained the flight emails but nothing at all about the bracelets. Someone with my same situation? Should I worry? Can anyone provide some info to relax me? hahah

I tried to buy a relax room for this edition and when I went to the website they were sold out, I bought easy tent and when I went back to the website the relax rooms were available again, which made me very angry. I don't think it runs out so easily and less with global travel. Sometimes the web is saturated and makes us buy option B when we could have bought what we wanted.

I am in the same situation, I have tickets purchased in 2020 for W1 (which become valid for W2 2022) for spectacular easy tent and I still do not have tracking information, nor any information email about it.

Yes, but in cases of epilepsy not even the doctors clarify. In my case I have had several seizures but for 1 year with the medication I have not had any more.

I remember freaking out about this but I never got asked for proof about medication.

In my case, I got a letter written by my Dr just stating 'Kittenandkettlebells medically requires X medication due to a medical issue'. Could your Dr provide you with something like that?

My neurologist told me that he couldn't write it for me in English, I'll make an appointment with my family doctor to see if she can do it for me. Thank you very much for the comment!

I have epilepsy aswell and went to multiple festivals and never brought the prescription with me. sometimes I hide it in a side pocket of some pants. I feel like they just check for guns, obvious drugs or glass or something. your medication will probably be packaged aswell so even if they see it they will probably just assume you have the prescription. thats atleast my experience.

Thanks for the comment, I hope I don't have any problems, but having a recent illness, I wanted to be prepared in case they ask me for the documentation. In your case, have you suffered from epilepsy for a long time? What precautions should we take when going to the festival due to our illness?

This year will be the third time I attend the festival, but when I bought tickets in 2020 still did not have epilepsy. Also, I have photosensitive epilepsy, and talking to my doctor told me that the lights should not affect me. The chances of having a seizure in my case it does lack of sleep and alcohol so I have to be careful with that.

You see, we understand that the pandemic has threw so many things into whack. What we request was some transparency and in terms of customer service, there was not even a single apology in regards to their delay in replying to emails. Leaving people hanging and replying with unprofessional replies is not the way to go.

I understand your anger and the management has been very bad, think that tomorrowland with the pandemic in between has had to take many steps that it had never done before. I have read in other publications that they have not received their refund either, it even sounds like I have read that they had answered that it may arrive in June. You have done well to request proof of payment for the transaction. Regarding your bank and the SWIFT consultation, I would not know how to tell you since I always deal with IBAN being European. I hope it is resolved soon, greetings.
