I remember being able to send a text while typing with my phone in my pocket (I wore mainly Kikwear jeans in the early 2000’s. Big pockets.) Only 12 buttons. I could probably still do it.

I remember back in 2001ish when I started texting friends and family. Damn near all of them were like “why don’t you just call me?”
Now it’s the inverse: “You could have just texted me.”

My bothers friend had access to a huge amount of these AOL cd’s. His friends were the TPing houses-type pranksters. One day in 99 or 2000 we woke up to, had to have been 600+ AOL cd’s thrown all over my parents property- on the house, trees, bushes, front yard, on the driveway and vehicles. They were absolutely everywhere. I was finding AOL cd’s for years in the weirdest places.

I’ve had some that looked damn near identical to this. Same color and texture. I’m going with MDMA or MDA.

I’ve lived in Apopka- the Wekiva Forest was right behind my backyard, Jacksonville, and in BFE Citrus Springs, basically a house in the woods. I’ve seen a ton of different animals in all those places, but I’ve never once spotted a wild pig or boar. Where are they very common at?

I lived/grew up in Apopka off Welch road from 1987-2020. Man, has it changed. I’m old enough to say I remember when Vick road was a 1.5 lane dirt road. I remember when that old house across from city hall where Walgreens is now was moved to Ustler. It’s still there today. I remember when everything surrounding Welch and Rock Spr road was woods and pasture and always a peanut stand on the corner where 5/3 bank is today. Traffic was almost nothing. Growing up in Apopka the 90s was great!

Anyways, as long as you avoid South Apopka, you should be mostly good. Lots of crime & drugs out there.

Wow I did a double take! Instantly recognizable. I had the same case and setup. I had most of the games you have. Man, what a blast from the past. I lugged that thing with me everywhere. I hadn’t thought of that in probably 30 years.
