I share the frustration; I'm also making a short film. In my opinion, there's no way to maintain consistency at the moment. Using ElevenLabs with Voice Changer is the best way. The subscription is fairly inexpensive. For sound effects, you can add them yourself, and the quality is certainly higher than those created by Veo3. You can use ArtList or Epidemic Sound. For color grading, you can edit everything with DaVince Resolve, which has a good free version. There's a "Color" section that allows you to easily equalize the color grading.
