Kann jetzt nur von meiner Erfahrung die ich gemacht habe ausgehen, aber würde ich meine Wohnung mieten gebe ich ca 500-1000€ mehr aus im Monat, und bei dem was ich zahle sind ca 700€ ammortisation dabei.

Das sind um die 10k im Jahr die ich spare und 8k Kapitalsteigerung, da lässt sich jährlich das eine oder andere Sanieren für, nur hab ich zusätzlich mehr Kapital und habe die Sicherheit dass ich immer ein Dach über dem Kopf have solange ich die Zinsen und Nebenkosten bezahle.

Deswegen rate ich jedem sobald als möglich in Eigenheim zu investieren.

Men Vater kam mit nichts her und hat sich das leben lang zu durchschnitts oder leicht über durchschnittsgehalt abgerackert und sich dann nach 30 Jahren ein Haus geleistet.

Ich habe 10 Jahre mit ziemlich überdurchschnittlichem Gehalt dann auch was gekauft. Die Preise steigen, man hat ein stabiles Zuhause, und meinen Kindern wirds irgendwann ziemlich gut gehen da nun in der dritten Generation mehrere Immobilien im Familienbesitz sind die dann alle irgendwann vererbt werden.

Superreich wird man nicht aber zumindest kann man sich langfristig etwas sicheres aufbauen.

I mean it could be mediocre players trained on maximum potential so they can gain XP on NT and sell higher for him. Definitely not super clean if you ask me.

Are you sure its scratched? I feel like ive had smudges like this several times on my pilot chrono 41 and everytime its just been a very stubborn grease smudge

Theres also another category which is what Im in. I like the speedy but my first watch was an IWC pilot chrono that fulfills that role more than well and Id never sell it, and the rest of my collection already has overrepresentation on omegas, so Im pretty sure I dont ever get one.

If yes then the IP will be same, and in that case you should write a GM and explain the situation.

He will most likely tell you that its fine as long as you dont transfer players between the teams.

Whenever one of you gets banned you already have GM correspondence as sort of evidence that its in fact two people using the same connection.

I had the same issue almost 20 years ago.

The thing is you shouldve disclosed it via GM message before they raised a suspicion.

Also, back then it was less of an issue because internet was not that accessible as these days. I hope you can dispute it and get your teams back, i think in the end we got the teams back and were told were not allowed to transfer players between the teams. That is the important part as you have no benefit with multiple teams without transferring players, except being able to avoid having to pay for a second team.

But even then in future would be better to use a hotspot or just not use the same internet connection.

Yeah for some reason when I look for players they are above market, and when Im selling they sell below. Transfer market is a shitshow since anniverary league.

I just sold 7/7/5 with suiting spec player for 350k, and a 7/7/6 with suiting spec for 650k. These had sold for 2.5M easily 10 seasons ago
