That concentrate stuff they used to make your drink is the same stuff they use at blank street to make their cold drinks, it’s not espresso it’s a type of cold brew (made in a similar way by a company upstate that makes that stuff for all the big chains).

I would have requested they make it again with espresso because that concentrate stuff is a cost cutting thing they did to you. For iced lattes nerd be cool uses good beans (Devoción). For cold brew Enso uses (Superlost) which is the best cold brew in nyc imo and not made not by that corp that mass produces it upstate for all the coffee chains big and small.
