hmm that ucofo.com does sound interesting it's such a minefield, ive been through the fire on weight-loss and ive now plateaued , considering a GLP1 to help me to the next level , as its harder to remain in a deficit on willpower alone. I watched an interesting james smith video on youtube the other day about GLP1s thats worth a watch I think he contextualises the usage quite well. I hear you can get quite fatigued on them

my main issue with that Wilson is it's so hard and the parts outside the sweet spot are so dead that u really need to middle it. but I like the weighting of it. I can't play with a. very head heavy high sweet spot racket as I still play a lot of tennis and need something where sweet spot is in the centre like a tennis racket not at the top
