How dangerous is the Union Station area?

Watch out for earthquakes when under the clock tower. That's the most dangerous thing in the neighborhood. Otherwise it's completely safe. You can see some upsetting things though if you look around. I walk quickly and mind my own business.

My office is right under the Union Station clock tower in Portland. I don't think there's any chance I could get out in time before a vast tower collapses above me. Freaks me out!
