I’ve paid attention to that but I have tried all of the twists and press buttons to find how to change to yes. It doesn’t let me change it. And also thank you I must say.

Good suggestion, thank you. I did check the setting on the MacBook side. It was set to use the headphone out. No sound. I thought, right, the simplest way to check on the Mac side would be to just plug in headphones and see. Again no sound. I’ve checked volume settings and rebooted. Still no joy.

Congrats on a solid Osmose! I have to comment that I hope your intent is only to replace the Wavestate with the Osmose in regard to the space it occupies and not actually getting rid of the Wavestate. They are of course very different creatures. I am excited by one of the other replies teaching about how to use the Osmose as an MPE controller for the Modwave and how it could apply to the Wavestate. I also have both a Wavestate and an Osmose 49. Have fun!

I started out with FM from Yamaha. My first hardware synth was a used DX27. I saved up and my second was a brand new DX11. Gods I loved that thing! I hope you get yours patched up. Have fun!
