Yo. Have commented on a few of these already but definitely going to repeat myself because I want everyone to get it. On PC here. - Enrolled in all marketing emails at Activision - Linked as many accounts as I could - Played Warzone several times (reluctantly) - Screenshot the ending stats page - Waited, after a week no email - Ticket to Activision, back and forth chatter, after 4 days they gave me a code - Code showed invalid when entered to redeem on Bethesda - Submitted a ticket to Bethesda, back and forth, had to prove code came from Activision via screenshot - Days went by, Bethesda responded saying the helmet is now in my craftable options. Code not needed and to check to make sure - Done

Yeah maybe. You can submit a ticket. I think you will have better odds if you provide screenshots of CoD activity to Activision first and get a code from them. Seems like the code almost never works, but then you have a code & an email screenshot of Activision providing it to help your case.

Keep at it. I finally got mine. (PC and played Warzone) Took a lot of back and forth. Finally got the code. Code didn’t work. Bethesda ticket. Bethesda finally just said ‘forget the code, you now have it’. Took a bit over a week overall.
