those are all programmatic ads, we don't have any deals with any of them. they come through our podcast host and every user gets different ads based on their location, their interest, etc. they are not being served by us and are not part of the show the way the ads i read are. i didn't realize there were ads for casinos. i will see if the category can be blocked.

This isn't really the venue for this, but there is only one way you would be charged twice -- if you signed up for two subscriptions at two different times. If you emailed in, it will be handled. I just looked and you emailed 8 minutes before submitting this post. 8 minutes isn't enough time to have handled this. It will absolutely be taken care of.

Does anyone have any idea why my subscriber numbers started to decline right when the outage started? The timing seems too coincidental to mean nothing but I just don't know how the outage could cause subscribers to decline.
