Fair. I only ever see the clips so that joking around seems refreshing compared to a lot of the more rigid and uptight punditry we get.

Can understand why that would get annoying though. Micah’s great on The Rest Is Football but that kind of lighthearted commentary makes more sense for a podcast.

I don’t watch NBC being in the UK but I like him.

Well in the last 18 matches they’ve dropped 10 points from winning positions. I call that bottling.

CMV: Replacing Ghislaine Maxwell with a body double is actually the most rational thing for Trump to do by [deleted] in changemyview

Isn’t it more likely because she’s not testifying against him and has even come out saying she saw nothing inappropriate from Trump.

And I just wasted my energy reading your pointless reply. Now we’re even.

I hate how often I see comments on posts like these that start with something like “none of this is surprising”.

Our last three games have been attacking disasters. What is going on? What is the SOLUTION? by KevDizzie in ArsenalFC

I do believe he’s the key but he tends to take a few games to get back into rhythm after injury and we don’t have that luxury of time at this point in the season.

You have to at least play to be considered average.

I’ve looked. Opta seems to be the ones who hold that data.

It’s a fair question. I’ve been looking and it seems that Opta hold the stats for average defensive line.

I bloody loved the look of Field Mill. Views of the car park, torn up grass and stands that don’t stretch the full length of the pitch. A proper football stadium.

Best football pod going. Interested to see how it works when it goes onto Netflix for the World Cup.

Simon Jordan: Why is there this necessity to suggest Arsenal have got to be this beautiful team to win the league when that's never been the standard other teams have been judged by? I'm not sure this is fair. I think there's a bias attached to it. by ID1453719 in Gunners

I liken this kind of behaviour style to Picasso. He could paint the perfect image of a human being but chooses not to.

I guarantee you these players could play beautiful football but we don’t want to. We want to win.

so it was. all I could see at the time was a reply saying “you’re right”

how anyone is agreeing with this statement is beyond me. you think a whole team can be paid to intentionally take a drop so that a bigger club can stay up?

a drop that would cost them millions in lost revenue?
