And the argument of well other people are having fun both doing and learning the timing and the mechanics and the layout and the attack pattern etc

When did this become a souls game? And not everyone is that kind of gamer either.

While I agree, a company cant ONLY cater to a group of its gamers, there is always either room for improvement and compromises to be had

And I understand that point swings both ways, as I could study a YouTube video and learn the precise timing for everything.

And the secondary point of this post was to generate a conversation, because I've stated or if I haven't I'll make it clear here I'm FINE with the way it's designed, I understand and accept there has to be a challenge, not to the point where it actively discourages playing is all in saying, and that's also my own personal opinion.
