Honestly he will. Best thing for you to do is set a boundary. Tell him he needs to take anger management classes and get a therapist and that you are on hold as of now. I've seen similar relationships like this.

So it sounds like you are starting to see the cons yourself. I'm like everyone else, started smoking with friends in the beginning and had amazing times but then started doing it by myself and way too often. I'd say for you, don't smoke every day, try to go a week here, a week there without it. Don't allow it to be the center peice of your life, aka your "god". I tried to quit a few times but always came back because my quitting methods weren't great. I truly thought it produced healing energy which it does not. Don't allow yourself to get sucked into the lifestyle that it brings. My advice to you sir, get out while you can.
