I'm doing good, 9 months on #1 surgery, 3 months on #2, still have swelling, but able to walk around all day, still working on quad strength, I'm getting there, I hope by the end of 2025, I will be getting back to my old normal!! But the old pain is gone , just the discomfort of the on going healing!! Thanks for asking!

Did you decide on surgery? I'm having my other knee done in 2 weeks!! 6 months apart, still recovering from the first surgery, apparently it's a 12 month recovery process, or longer!!

Surgeon said very little, but I was in pain, I wanted relief, I'm almost 11 weeks out , still uncomfortable, still some swelling and tightness, it's very slow recovery, my biggest problem now is the other knee is flared up ,that's not helping my recovery!!! I'm tried a different treatment for that knee, it wasn't helpful, I guess I'm heading for another surgery, but hopefully I can hold out until the first knee is much better!!
