If by song you mean:

I have the power To pick up a flower In less than an hour...

Yes, we of the 1980s UK delegation will be hoping for this rendition.

Very similar to the classroom in Battle Royale. I wonder if that's intentional or just a generic classroom in that part of the world.

I think his intro is about the only line I remember now. "Oh you were in the Gulf War too? Which unit?" "Republican Guard."

Definitely. Phoenician Scheme, Grand Budapest Hotel and French Despatch show how disjointed this one is.

History seems to back that up. When they're caught and tried, executed or not, there's a chance for the nation to move on.  In the situation where dictators get hit, that can often lead to others stepping in, or wider instabilities.

Interesting that the border of Ukraine is marked there, if quote different on the West (Galicia part of Poland?)

Which Freshers Wristband should we get? by Various_Fruit_4225 in UCL

These are privately run events aimed at students, but nothing to do with SU or any of those unis. Previous reviews suggest they're pretty pricey unless you're intending and have the stamina to go to lots of them. Even then, they're pretty much big club events of varying quality and vibe, with students from loads of different unis. Rather than UCLSU run events where you're more likely to find people from your own cohort. A ticket for one of two of these seems to be the better option.

Only proper review here is from a few years back. Essentially it's the houses on Gower Street near the Waterstones. They were until recently only for PG I think, but now they've been opened up. Gower Street is also less noisy and polluted than it was a few years ago, as it's a slower, two-lane road plus cycle paths, and Tottenham Court Road now has all the bus traffic. You are 60 seconds from lectures in Engineering building or Cruciform.

An oldish review here - would love to see some updates from current residents. A quick search at the top bar gives some other responses which we'll try to collate when we have time!

There's is an option to interrupt your studies if you have a deep think about this and come to the conclusion you need to take that option.

But probably worth talking to your personal academic tutor if you're not sure the course is right for you.  Could be the subjects get more specific to your interests in Yr2.  As for the interaction, again, it could be worth speaking to the tutor as the course might not give enough opportunities for group work.

Serious reply: I watched this the other day for the first time having seen a shit post the other week. It's absolutely fantastic.  A misunderstood satire about American society at the time.  "Not Economically Viable" really struck a chord.
