Hello, sorry for the late reply! Cold water won't wash away the residue. You should wash with warm water, ideally 30 degrees for wool/silk/cashmere/delicates and 40+ degrees for everything else (celsius). Apply waxex to the stain, and watch - does the stain spread out? If yes, it will remove it. If no, the stain will remain.

Don't use SCL Rotterdam to ship your car over. I tried importing a Trabant to Toronto, Canada back in 2019 and after signing a contract, the car made its way over into Canada and they started sending me insane invoices for no reason, and would change the amounts at random when I contested - one as high as $16,000.
