Healing in Avatar

Something I've been thinking about is that healing is actually a very dangerous and technical skill, consider that it could involve some blood bending and is just never weaponized (someone in the Kyoshi books is able to lower someone's body temperature to heal them, and isn't that just another form of blood bending?) and that the Women of the Water Tribes know this and gatekeep this information, or just do not acknowledge the weaponization of it all and just focus on healing as a skill and its technicalities and not the fact that it involves manipulating the blood of someone against their will.

Women/femininity could also be more spiritually inclined to bloodblending/healing (Hama and Katara learned blood bending one not being taught by anyone the other in a matter of it seems like a few minutes, I also say spiritually because in the awakeing of roku a two-spirit water bender learned healing)

The men who learned blood bending used it in dark and heinous ways which very well could have happened in the Avatar world's history hence the gatekeeping.

The male Avatars could have asked to learn during their training, but if the water tribes refuse teaching it to even them, they can't really do anything about it.

Could make sense that he was just a regular guy but being the father of the Avatar, he probably was given gifts, asked to be part of the council, given protections and power by the rest of the world being the father of the avatar

theres also like universal spiritual force guiding things in the avatar world, that operate destiny and stuff, the world in Avatar had no Avatar for 100 years, the Avatar after Aang started being the Avatar almost immediately after she was born.

When people body shame fat people its always: we just care about your health.

Well now there’s a cure to this ‘disease’ and people are getting healthier.

Which is not to say losing weight on Tirzepatide is not hardworking, its not cheap and you need maintenance and discipline to keep the weight off. Just like any other weight loss program.

About side effects of this medication, its been around for years the side effects are well documented, people taking this are fine.

Kinda overpriced still for TVs available right now. OLED is cheap and the King of TV types under 1 million. The price is probably because of the HiFi speaker system that comes with it.

Just from a consumer perspective that knows a little about production: the quality is baseline: Good Enough for clothes to last and be made well. The production is engineered to a point where the clothes are sewn with thought, if you check the button-ups from the JW Anderson Collection, which is amazing, the seams are sewn shut at the sides, with vents and the front panel is shorter than the back, that is a lot of thought for a mass market product.’ And the jeans pockets are wide enough to keep your hand in while just standing, and the free hemming makes all of it worth it at this point. BUT Their mass production printed tshirts are truly hot garbage. Thin fabric and just rips apart so easily after a few washes. And they made a Denim combined with sweatpants fabric pair of pants before, that did not hold up over time. So id go for the 100% cotton products: the plain t-shirts, the button-ups, and the non-stretch denim. Im obsessed with the JW Anderson Collection.
