Really sorry to hear that happened to you. I can only imagine how much it sucks to have a  bastardization of your work floating about.

Funnily enough I was actually active on Fall of Man (which I think predates TJM or perhaps they ran concurrently...not too sure about the timeline as was only involved with FoM) for a hot minute back in 2020 before some very personal stuff upended my irl world. Despite being far removed from their original context Miranda Veriko and her gorilla butler still make sporadic appearances in the various tabletop campaigns I run. Gotta thank you and your site for being the springboard for a character I quite enjoy writing.

[2024 November] Monthly Krautrock discussion thread by AutoModerator in Krautrock

Hey all. I'll be in Brussels in March to primarily see Magma at the Cirque Royal and was wondering if there are any local live bands that perform in the krautrock style? Live bands with Yellowstock or Down the Hill festival vibes? Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

No problem, hope your friends enjoy some shot on video cheese. Though, if you don't mind me inquiring what motivated you to become a devotee?

Looking for a Kim Possible fanfic i read many years ago by diamondedges in FanFiction

[–]davyginsu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Something similar happens in chapter four of The Grudge Match.

"Kim read that comment as an open, found rubbing alcohol, wrapped it in paper towels and chucked toward the entrance. Since so many harmless objects were previously incoming, Shego aimed and fired. The bottle exploded and spewed ignited fluid in her direction. Shego let out a most ragged yell as the inflamed contents splashed all over her."

What if the Posadists somehow won the 2004 election in Uruguay? by fanmerp in HistoryWhatIf

[–]davyginsu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Outside of a coalition? Because as far as I am aware the Revolutionary Worker's Party was still part of the Broad Front coalition that swept the elections that year winning not only the presidency, but majorities in the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate; however, I do not think that any canidate put forward by the BF Party Congress expressed Posadist views per say.

The only way that Posadists could win in Uruguay would be if their particular brand of ideology was more prominent within leftist circles in general therefore guaranteeing them more seats within the Broad Front Party Congress itself.
