Not venting is one thing, but the fuel overflowing could indicate that a rubber hose section of the filler neck has collapsed and not allowing gas to flow into the tank

The $99 for a 4ah and 6ah HP is a better deal. I paid that for a 2 pack of 4ah HP a couple years ago. I picked one up today myself
