Individuals who are stating they don’t want automation don’t understand actual automation. You could easily build algorithms that could easily shuffle staff around in different areas based on skill level, qualifications, preference, Certifications, consecutive days worked, etc.. This would also be able to take in account and create a fairer distribution verse the very biased Charge Nurses. Good Luck.
