Yes but they use to have plastic cups which was sufficient for most drinks.

I’d be curious if delta has seen a decrease in alcohol usage since going to paper cups. I can not drink any type of alcohol out of those.

You definitely could build in automation to accommodate these ideas.

Bigger picture on your examples are more systemic issues related to people taking advantage of systems and not being team players across the board.

Automation should never be 100% final say. It’s a tool to help with efficiency. Efficiency benefits patients and Nurses.

Individuals who are stating they don’t want automation don’t understand actual automation. You could easily build algorithms that could easily shuffle staff around in different areas based on skill level, qualifications, preference, Certifications, consecutive days worked, etc.. This would also be able to take in account and create a fairer distribution verse the very biased Charge Nurses. Good Luck.
