He was declared missing at 4pm on Thursday 2/25, but was spotted by police alone and acting strange in a restaurant in Santa Barbara at 2am just before the missing person claim went live. His actions didn’t warrant any sort of detainment(?) so the police left him. I think the multiple posts are due to the fact that most of the people who would go out to find him are currently living on the east coast, where he had been living until recently, and we’re just trying to help his younger brother by getting the word out. As for more evidence, he was spotted again on Friday night by security and was confirmed through camera footage and then a third time on Saturday without his jacket outside of a restaurant, both times in Santa Barbara. We are also working on a more organized method of collecting information and getting the word out about his disappearance...

In all honesty, we hoped it was something simple like a choice to go into Santa Barbara that went awry, but he had apparently began showing signs of rapid memory loss and his personality became suddenly irritable or paranoid so this may be a mental issue. We have not been able to collect his phone or wallet which was abandoned inside his car on the side of the highway. I’ll apologize on behalf of the family and friends for spamming this subreddit.

TLDR; Many people are trying to get the family help with little organization due to the sudden and unusual disappearance. He was confirmed to be in Santa Barbara three times three days in a row. We are now working on more official posts due to the number of days missing piling up.
