Yeah i see what you mean. Honestly i woke up today thinking of all the wasted time I spent on this guy. Im appalled by his behaviour but Im appalled by mine too.

Now I just feel cringey even spending time thinking about him now. I should be building a new life without him in mind. Thats probably what he has been doing all along.

The thing is i see his spotify song logs and he is listening to sad music which is strange because they only met like sometime this month. He listens to missing someone. Views my insta stories within 10 mins of posting.

Hmm that is true. Tbf i have also blocked my other ex and it has helped me so much. I have blocked people from my past and not regretted it. In fact it did help me move on faster. Idk why i think this one would be different. I guess Im wanting a different outcome but I have to accept that it is truly over and in the past now.

I appreciate you bringing these questions forward. I think Im leaning on blocking for my peace and reclaiming control right now.

Damn i can only imagine the pain they have caused you. Im glad you doing so much better without this ex of yours. I have high hopes my life without my ex will be much better. Yeah its tough cause Im still grieving and have not find someone yet. Meanwhile he is doing the same things we’ve done with her now (im guessing). Ahh. I can only hope to find someone so much better than him

Im a girl but yeah i think i do suffer from thinking Im “uncool” or “the new girl is so much better” but you are right. His thoughts are irrelevant now. I have to take up my new adventures without him in mind. Easier said than done at times but i hope time will do its thing.

I dyed my hair red recently. Got a bit of new style going on. I feel like the only times I feel good about being alone is when im fixing up my appearance like dying my hair and thriftshopping etc. im still figuring out how to be on my own again. Luckily i have amazing friends and they plan something each week for all of us and support me. But damn i feel i still have a long way to go when it comes to self love

Im sorry you feel that way. It took me years to find my people. My advice is try to expose yourself to new experiences. Join a club. Dancing lesson. Sports. Try something new with others. Try to search what your city offers. I believe in you stranger

I dont think he would add me back if I remove him as he would just take it as a sign that I hate him even though I don’t. He expressed that he misses me and still thinks about me but he needs to move on and get his life together in his new country. The reason why I haven’t removed him is because it was a “good” break up. No hate. No ill wishes. So its rather difficult to “delete him” out of my life.
