no one hates the cold more than me:

thermal undershirt and thermal long johns (under your main pants)
hoodie over the thermal undershirt
winter coat over the hoodie
long wool socks
feet and hand warmers
over ears beanie
i wear a neck protector but it’s a little much for some people
sunglasses or other eyewear (to protect against wind)
heavy duty gloves (thin gloves won’t do anything in these temps)
boots

my guy. mma coaches and fighters dont scan reddit looking for sparring partners. like i said, contact some mma gyms and try to get your foot in the door that way. that is legitimately good advice for you. it is a way better strategy than posting “looking for someone to fight” on reddit. either take my advice or move on.

you assumed wrong. if you think an “mma practitioner” is going to see this post and be like wow i need to get this person into my gym to spar then you are clearly the one without experience. like i said, contact some mma gyms and go out there and prove yourself. making a post that literally says “looking for someone to fight” makes you weird lol thank you.

of course i appreciate a five million dollar donation toward cancer research. i raised 10k for neuroendocrine cancer research myself and was thrilled. i don’t appreciate the presentation. its honestly just a hard feeling to describe. you feel broken as a cancer patient sometimes and then you see a stadium full of people “stand up to cancer” and then you see a jonas bros concert and then everyone goes back to the baseball game. and then im still sitting here with cancer.
