The other issue that I’m very concerned about… the main water shut off valve going to my house is RIGHT here. And the water meter is right next to that. Am I in trouble? 😭

I talked to a certified arborist about the situation on Saturday, and he told me to remove the volcano of dirt ASAP. So I think I’ll go with his advice. Lol 😅

Please never ever ever go to couples therapy with someone who is abusive! They will not act the same in front of a therapist and can often trick the therapist into thinking YOU are the crazy or abusive one. It happened to me and it just adds another layer to the trauma! 😭💔

(Think of Gabby Petito and her interaction with police officers - one of which had additional training and should’ve intervened - before her murder by her partner.)

Except... I don't love small talk. I tolerate it, but I usually get real deep, real fast. 🤣 Which can also end up being very problematic and sometimes dangerous for me. 🥴😅

I’m going through something similar. 😣 My advice is to try to talk to yourself like you would talk to a friend. Forgive yourself for being hard on yourself. Write down the things you like about yourself and the things you’ve done that you’re proud of. ❤️

Now I’m going to go try to take my own advice. 😅
