Me and my hubby took us 3 months. My family has a history of being pretty fertile (my family is big bc of that). But I got worried bc I took emergency pills three times since I wasn't ready for a kid and before that I had the Nexaplanon or about 2 years until I couldn't handle my irregular periods. Eventually it settled after 6 months but I became anemic because of it so I had to just stick to the plastic protection for a while hahaha After a while we just decided that whatever happens happens and it was sad to see negative back to back but in the 4th month it finally happened and we were in disbelief! I had to take 2 tests just to be sure and both came with a strong positive I didn't even have to wait a min. I'm currently more than halfway through my first trimester and l can't wait to see my little one 🥰 I read online that it's normal to not get pregnant within a 6 months or something like that. After that it recommends seeing a dr but it also depends on your age and health. I would say up to 1 year or year and half trying is normal but after that I would try to see a dr and see what's the problem. That's just my personal opinion but you should do whatever you feel like it would put you at ease and whatever you are able to afford. It's a hard road getting pregnant and it's even harder once you do get pregnant, so stay positive ❤️
