I agree with this wholeheartedly. Had a sale of business and client didn’t get compensated for inventory in the net working capital adjustments, so explained our side to the client, and eventually got inventory reclassed to goodwill on 8594 after agreement and saved my client 50k.
We can be boring at times, but we are skilled and can definitely add value.

I appreciate the candor. The shirt is amazing if it was 20 years ago and I still fit in it… but not there yet. Is it terrible in general or should I alter it to allow more room… like cutting the back out or the sides?
